针灸治疗小儿腹泻500例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 500 Cases with Pediatric Diarrhea Treated by Acupuncture

小儿腹泻是夏秋两季多见病,笔者在门诊收治500例患儿,均用针灸,收效满意,现总结报告如下.临床资料500例中男270名,女230名,年龄最大5岁,最小60天。共同特点是由于饮食不节。

500 cases with pediafric diarrhea were treatedin selecting Tian Shu (both sides),Zusanli (bothsides) and Changquian Points.Ask the patients to lay down to puncture TionShu and Zusanli into 0.5—1 Cun,after then facedown,open the legs and put somethings under thepatient's abdominal arear,puncture on Changquianinto 1—1.5 Cun with lifting and twisting withoudcontaining needles.For week body,moxibustion orpressing on Shenque point should be doneThe result:Cured rate:485 cases.Improvem-ent:13 cases Failed:2 cases.The total effectiverate:99.6%.
