摘要
链霉素中毒所致耳聋,是比较难治的一种五官科病症,近年来我们根据患者有链霉素中毒病史,采用音叉和电测听器等检查确诊,治疗了40例患者,77只患耳,疗效尚称满意,兹简介如下:治疗方法根据患者就诊时病情。
Cases with toxic deafness deu to streptomycosisshould be divided into a few types and points sele-cted depend on symptoms:(1) Upward up of thecold and wint:Fenchi,Hegu with Shaoshanhuemanipulation,Tinghui,Shang Yinxian with evenmovement method.(2) Flaming up of liver andgallbladder:Zhigou,Baihui,Yifeng with cold redu-cing (3) Loosing aliment of Channel and collaterals:Frmen,Tinggong,Tinghui,Yifeng,Baihui,Feng-chi,Yamen,Zhigou,Yemen,Hegu with evenmovement method,The result:Cured:6 cases,obvious improv-ement:11 cases.Improvement:20 cases.Failed:3cases.Total ef fective rate:92.5%.
