穴位不留针针麻下施行眼科手术350例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 350 Cases of Ophthalmology Operation under Acupuncture Anesthesia with no Retain the Needly in Point

目前,国内有关针刺麻醉的文献报导,主要是留针针麻方面的资料。我院采用的是穴位不留针针麻下施行眼科手术。本文报导自1976年至1987年四月底止,在自选穴位不留针针麻下施行眼科手术350例临床分析如下:

The author used acupuncture anesthesia no retainthe needly in acupunction point,were clinical analy-sis 350 cases of ophthalmolog opereation.The rate ofsuceess was 97.7%,the rate dominance was 99.60%.The acupuncture anesthesia no retainig the needle inacupuncture point,no iutiate amyostasia,no clelu-tion of operetion,no intiate retrobulbar bleeding,chemosis and obstrnction allergic reaction of novoca-ine.
