摘要
通过对培养哈茨木霉的适宜温度和ｐＨ值以及不同光照时间的研究，表明２５℃为培养哈茨木霉的适宜温度、ｐＨ５．０为适宜的ｐＨ值；连续光照有助于孢子的产生。
The optimum conditions for Trichoderma harziarum in process of culture havestudied. 25℃ is the optimum temperature, pH5 0 is the optimum pH value and continuous lighting is helpful to the production of spores.
