摘要
本文报导了为野蚕辐射不育研究准备虫源而进行的人工混合饲料室内饲养的试验效果。用改进的92-1、2人工饲料配方,可使野蚕初孵幼虫在混合饲料上顺利完成连续两个世代的发育,管理较桑叶育简便,仅需2-3天更换一次饲料。在25±1℃,RH70-80%的饲养条件下,人工饲料育野蚕幼虫历期270天,蛹重028克,蛹历期189天,雌虫产卵量1392粒。本研究突破了野蚕饲养受季节和食料桑叶的限制,可为辐射不育及生理、病理、毒理和药效测定等研究长年提供发育整齐的供试虫源。
Artificial rearing of mulberry wild silkworm (Bombyx mandarina Moore, MWS) with artificial diet is diffculty for its natural habits. This paper reports the effects of artificial rearing of MWS in lab and its mixed diet for the purpose of preparing insect source, which were done for the research of controlling MWS by radiation-induced sterilization. The newly hatched larvae of MWS developed well and passed two generations using the improved artificial diet No. 92-1 & 2. This rearing management is easier than that using mulberry leaves, and the mixed diet only need to be renewed every 2-3 days. Under the rearing condition of 25±1℃ and RH 70-80%, the larval period of MWS is 27 0 days, the weight of pupa 0 28g, and the pupal period 18 9 days. The research broke through the limits of season and mulberry leaves for rearing MWS. It can provide insect source for radiation-induced sterilization and other researches such as physiology, pathology, toxicology and the examination of insecticide throughout the year.
