摘要
1991~1993年采用17个水稻品种和174个浙江省稻瘟病菌菌株,研究了日本的13个单基因品种对浙江省小种的抗性表现,以及慢瘟性与单基因品种的关系。结果表明,Pi-zt基因抗目前的多数菌株,其毒力频率为4.02%;供试的单基因品种不具有慢瘟性,并分析了抗瘟基因的利用前景和今后抗瘟育种的对策。
Resistance reaction of 13 major gene resistant varieties to 174 strains of rice blast fungus, Magnaporthe grisea, and the components of slow-blasting of 17 rice varieties to 8 strains were measured during 1991-1993. The results indicated that the Toride No. 1 (Pi-z t) was resistance to most of tested strains, the virulent frequency only 4.02%, and the major gene resistance varieties have not slow-blasting resistance to these strains. Besides, the applied prospects of major gene and the way of resistance breeding were discussed.
