针灸配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病144例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 144 Cases of Radiculocervical Spondylosis with Treatment of Acupuncture in Combination with Traction

颈椎病是中老年人的常见病,多发病,近年来有逐渐增多的趋势。在各型颈椎病中,神经根型颈椎病(以下简称颈椎病)发病率最高,约占70%左右。笔者十余年来,采用针灸加枕颌牵引法治疗此病,取得满意疗效,现报道如下。

This article presents acupuncture therapy forradicculocervical spendylosis in combination with tra-ction.Acupoints Dazhu,Tianzhu,Fengchi.Houxi,Jianwaishu,Jingbi and Jiaji points on the nape ofthe neck were selecled.Cupping was provided forthose with severe pain after neddling.Moxibustionwith moxa stick was recommended after the punctureif the pain was aggravated in exposure of cold.Tra-ction was combined simultaneously.Among 144 trea-ted cases,61 were clinically cured (42.4%) andthe total effective rate was 93.7%.
