摘要
本文研究了S-3307对油菜幼苗内源IAA、ABA和ZT水平的影响,并就幼苗的形态效应和某些生理特性进行探讨。结果表明,三叶期叶面喷施S-3307后,内源脱落酸的水平处理与对照无差异,生长素水平下降,而玉米素水平明显提高;试验结果还表明,三叶期喷施25-75mg/L浓度S-3307能防止高脚苗,提高叶绿素含量,促进根系生长,增加根系氧化力,增加干物质重量;其在油菜生产中的适用浓度为50mg/L。
Effects of S-3307 on the levels of endogenous hormones (IAA、ABA、ZT) and some physiological characteristics of rape seedlings were studied. As a result of applying S-3307 at rape three-leaf stage, the level of endogenous ABA was similar to control; however, the level of indole-3-acetic acid was decreased, while the level of zeatin was obviously increased in the shoot of rape seedings. The results also indicated that foliar sprays of 25-75 S-3307 mg/L reduced seedling height, increased leaf chlorophyll content, root oxidizability and total dry matter of rape seedlings. The optimum concentration of S-3307 for rape production was 50 mg/L.
