噪声应激对家兔血清铜、锌的影响

The Influence of Noise Stress in Serum Copper and Zinc of Rabbits

本试验用家兔研究白噪声应激后三天、一周、二周、三周后血清铜、锌含量的变化。试验结果表明：噪声刺激后，噪声组比对照组血清锌显著降低，尤其是应激三天后血清锌含量最低，以后逐渐有所回升；噪声组血清铜比对照组显著升高。噪声应激后。

The effect of noise stress on the amount of serum copper and zinc was observed in twogroups of rabbits, the″no noise″ group and the″ noise″ one. The latter was subdivided into a″three-day″ group a″one-week″one,a″two-week″ one and a″three-week″one. The results indi-cate that the serum zinc level,especially of the″three-day″group,falls down remarkably,yet thatof the serum zinc returns to the previous level,while the serum copper level rise because of thenoise stress and the levels of serum copper and serum zinc move up or down in a negatively correl-ative direction.
