摘要
建立了ｍｅｓｏ－四（３－溴－４－磺酸苯基）卟啉（ｍｅｓｏ－ＢｒＴＰＰＳ＿４）的半制备高效液相色谱分离提纯方法。采用Ｓｈｉｍ－ｐａｃｋＰＲＥＰ－ＯＤＳ半制备柱，用含有１０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ四丁基溴化铵的甲醇－水（体积比６８：３２）为流动相，流速１８ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，于４１５ｎｍ波长下检测。该卟啉与杂质组分完全分离。经此制备的卟啉纯度高，已应用于茶样中微量钴、锌、铜的测定中。
The semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatographic condition of a new water-sol-uble porphyrin reagent-meso-tetrkis ( 3-bromo-4-sulfophenyl) porphine(meso-BrTPPS_4) hasbeen established.Using a Shimpack PREP-ODS column(15μm,20mmi.d.x×250mm) as thestationary phase , and the solution of methanol-water(68 : 32V/V) containing 1 0mmol/L tetra-butylammonium bromide as the mobile phase, flow rate 1 8ml/min,and detected at 4 1 5nm,meso-BrTPPS_4 was completely separated with impurities. The obtained porphyrin solution has good purity after HPLC treatment and has been suc-cessfully applied to the HPLC determination of trace amounts of cobalt(Ⅱ),zinc(Ⅱ)and copper(Ⅱ)in tea sample.
