Inalgesic and Anti-Inflammatory Effects of the Flower of Althaea rosea(L.) Cav.

蜀葵花乙醇提取物对小鼠醋酸性扭体反应及大鼠光辐射热甩尾反应均有显著的抑制作用。对醋酸刺激腹部毛细血管通透性增加、角叉菜胶及右旋糖酐性足浮肿均有明显的抑制作用。能显著抑制炎症组织内PGE的释放。

The ethanolic extract of the flower of Althaea rosea inhibits significantly the acetic acidinduced twisting of mice and the heatinduced tail flicking of rats, the acetic acid-induced increase in permeability of abdominal blood capillaries, the edema of the rat paw induced by carrageenin or dextran, and the release of PGE from inflammatory tissue.
