真丝练减率与弱酸性染料上染性能关系的研究

Studies on Relationships Between Boiling-off Loss of Silk and Dyeing Behaviour of Weak Acidic Dyes

本文较系统地探讨了真丝练减率与弱酸性染料上染率、上染速度、染色均匀性、透染性之间的关系．结果表明：随着真丝练减率提高，染料的上染百分率及上染速率减小；练减率超过１７％左右，上染百分率及上染速率反而增加。

The relationships between the boiling-off loss of silk and the dye-uptake, dyeing rate, level dyeing and dye permeability of weak acidic dyes are studied. The results show dye-uptake and dyeing rate decreaser with the incerease of boiling-off loss, but increase in case, the loss is over 17%.
