柴胡热水提取液经超滤和透析分离得柴胡多糖——柴Ⅲ-5311,为平均分子量约8000的均一多糖。酸水解证明柴Ⅲ-5311是由半乳糖醛酸、半乳糖、葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、核糖、鼠李糖和一个未知成分组成。
A polysaccharide——Chai-Ⅲ-5311 had been isolated from hot water extract of Radix Bupleuri through ultrafiltration and dialysis. Chai-Ⅲ-5311 was homogeneous with an average molecular weight of about 8000. Acid hydrolysis has proved that Chai-Ⅲ-5311 is composed of galacturonic acid, galactose, glucose, arabinose, xylose, rihose, rhamnose and an unknown component.
