摘要
补中益气汤可显著提高环磷酰胺的抗癌活性,同时又可降低环磷酰胺的毒副作用。提示在临床上使用抗肿瘤化疗药物时,配合补中益气汤可提高疗效,降低化疗药物的毒性作用。
Effects of Buzhoug Yiqi decoction on anticancer activity and toxicity induced by cyclophosphamide were investigated. The results showed that the decoction significantly increased the anticancer activity and simultaneously decreased the toxicity of cyclophosphamide. These data suggest that anticancer chemotherapeutic drugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine Buzhong Yiqi decoction can raise curative effect and reduce toxicity.
