麝鼠香对麻醉犬的心血管效应

Effect of Muskrat on Cardiovascular System in Anesthetized Dogs

实验结果表明,给麻醉犬静脉注射麝鼠香和天然麝香24mg/kg均能降低动脉血压,总外周阻力和心肌收缩力,但麝鼠香减慢心率的作用比麝香明显,并有降低心肌耗氧量的作用。此外,给小鼠腹腔注射麝鼠香和麝香120mg/kg,皆有显著地抗乏氧作用,但麝鼠香抗乏氧作用较弱。

Muskrat and musk are secretions from the fragrant glands of male adult musk-rat (Ondatra zibethica) and musk-deer respectively. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of muskrat and musk are studied. The result shows that a dose of 24mg/kg iv of muskrat or musk can decrease the HR, mAP, LVP, LVdp/dt max and TPR in anesthetized dogs. But muskrat has an effect of reducing MHO while musk has not. In addition, an injection of 120mg/kg of muskrat or musk endures hypoxia in mice. But this function of muskrat was weaker than that of musk.
