Preventive Effect of Ligustrazine on Myocardial Damage of Rats Cause by Reflow to Ischemic Myocardiopathy

川芎嗪对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注所致的损伤有预防作用，可使左心室室内压峰值（LVSP）及其最大正负变化速率（LV±dp／dtmax）增大，可使再灌注室性心律失常（VA）发生率、死亡率降低和窦律恢复时间缩短。

In this research, authors treated myocardial damage of rats caused by re flow to ischemic myocardiopathy with Ligustrazine, the results showed that Ligustrazine could make LVSP and Lv±dp/dt max increase, the morbidity and mortality of ventricular arrhythmias caused by reflow to ischemic myocardiopathy decrease, the recovery time of sinus rhythm shorten.
