半夏降血脂作用研究

Experimental Study of Pinellia Tuber on Reducing Blood-Lipid

正常SD大鼠服用半夏后LDL－C，TC／TG比值和LDL－C／HDL－C比值均显著降低，当停用半夏后喂饲高脂饲料三周呈明显的阻止和延缓高脂血症的形成，与对照组比较，TC．LDL－C．LDL－C／HDL－C、TC／TG比值均显著地降低，而HDL－C增高，但对TG的作用不明显，继续喂饲高脂饲料同时喂饲半夏三周与对照组比较，TC和TG均显著地降低，用基础饲料替代高脂饲料并继续喂半夏二周，LDL－C．TC／TG比值均显著地降低，而TG反比对照组增高。实验证明半夏可以阻止或延缓食饵性高脂血症的形成，并对高脂血症亦有一定的治疗作用，其中对降低TC和LDL－C的作用较明显。

In this paper, blood-lipid was measured after giving pinellia tuber to the experimental rats, the results showed that pinellia tuber could reduce the ratios of TC/TG and LDL-C/HDL-C significantly when rats were in normal condition; when rats were fed high fat forage, pinellia tuber was able to lower total serum cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, the ratios of LDL-C/HDL-C and TC/TG. This study suggested that pinellia tuber could reduce blood-lipid and prevent hyperlipemia caused by high fat diet.
