摘要
作者根据《医学衷中参西录》，分析张锡纯对《伤寒论》方的变化应用，主要对伤寒理法的阐发，遵循因时、因人、因地制宜和仿仲景方义，并结合临床实际而灵活制方，对临床运用《伤寒论》方颇有参考价值。
After analysing 'Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination',the author thought that Zhang Xichun could change and applicate the prescriptions from 'Treatise on Febrile Diseases'according to local conditions, physique of an individual,season-al conditions and clinical conditions.
