长白楤木的化学成分研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Roots of Aralia continentalis Kitag.

从长白楤木中分离出七种结晶性化合物,鉴定其中四种化合物分别为贝壳杉烯酸、β-谷甾醇、贝壳杉醇酸及胡萝卜甙。后两种化合物系首次从该植物中分离鉴定。

Seven compounds were isolated from the roots of Aralia continentalis. Four of these compounds were identified as ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid, β-sitosterol glucoside (daucosterol), β-sitosterol and 16α-hydroxy-(-)-kauran-19-oic acid. It is the first time that 16 α-hydroxy-(-)-kauran-19-oic acid and β-sitosterol glucoside were isolated from this plant.
