摘要
用紫外分光光度法测定宁斑蝥虫体中斑蝥素的含量。分析结果与中国药典规定的酸碱滴定法相一致,回收率99.98%,变异系数0.719%。
In this study the content of cantharidin in Mylabris was analyzed quantitatively by UV. Analytical resuhs thus obtained agree well with those by the neutralization method set forth in ChP. The average recovery of cantharidin is 99.98% and the coefficient of variation is 0.719%.
