摘要
a-SiTFTLCD技术的进展正在加快,但也仍然存在一些影响提高图像质量与拓宽应用领域的问题。最严重的问题之一是a-SiTFT各个电极上电压的失真,本文旨在讨论其像素电极电压跃变效应及其补偿方法。
a-Si TFT LCD technology has been making rapid progress, but there are some problems to influence better image quality and application. One of the most serious problems is the voltage distortion on each electrode. This paper discusses the voltage level shift effect on pixel electrode and some compensative methods.
