行波管的失效模式和机理及质量信息反馈的分析

Mechanism and Mode for TWT Failure and Analysis of its Quality Information Collection

通过收集重点工程用的行波管现场使用信息，以数据统计分析法，定量得出行波管的１２种失效模式及其分布情况，并对其中主要几种失效模式进行了机理分析。

Based on the statistic data analysis, 12 types of failure modes and mode distribution for TWTs are presented in this paper. Some of the failure modes among them are studied for their mechanism. It is proved that the collection and analysing of quality data and feedback to the tube maker in time have good influence on the TWT reliability.
