本文对近期日本松下公司推出的１４英寸平板ＣＲＴ电视机的显示器件结构和驱动原理进行了详细的讨论，对这类平板ＣＲＴ的发展前景作了分析和展望。
In this paper, the structure and principle of a new flat TV receiver introduced by Matsushita Electronic industrial Company are described in detail, the future of this kind of flat CRT is predicted also.
