国产丁胺卡那霉素、卡那霉素对内耳影响的比较研究

Study of effect of amikacin made in china on morphology of cocolea with Histology Metholds

采用组织学方法对豚鼠进行了丁胺卡那霉素耳毒性实验研究，并与对照组生理盐水和卡那霉素组进行对照。结果表明这两种药物对内耳Ｃｏｒｔｉ′ｓ器及前庭器毛细胞均有损害作用。其损害程度丁胺卡那霉素小于卡那霉素。

After injecting amikacin into quinca pigs we studied the ototoxicity with histology methods.We compared it with groups injected physiological saline and kanamycin.The results reveal that the hair cells of corti's organ and vestibular organ were damaged by amikacin and kanamycin,but the ototoxicity of amikacin is less than that of kanamycin.
