中年知识分子心身健康的初步调查

A preliminary investigation on the psychosomatic health state of middle-aged intellectuals

本文通过对中年知识分子组、老年知识分子组、工人组各５０例的生活事件量表（ＬＥＳ）、焦虑自评量表（ＳＡＳ）、抑郁自评量表（ＳＤＳ）及心身疾病的四项初步调查发现，中年知识分子组这一特定群体的社会心理压力较重，抑郁与焦虑成份不同程度地普遍存在，心身疾病发生率较高。

The authors investigated the psychosomatic health state in 50 middle-aged intellectuals,50 aged intelleotuals,and 50 blue collar workers by using LES,SAS,SDS,and the checklist of psychosomatic disorders.The results showed that middle-aged intellectuals,a special population, were under great mental stress and that,among middle-aged intellectrals,depression and anxiety were common in varing dgrees,and the incidence of psyohosomatic disorders was high.
