关木通水浸出物限度的研究

Studies on Water Extract Limits of Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis

报道了105件商品关木通水浸出物测定结果,提出断面颜色越黄水浸出物含量越高,长期贮存或保管不当则含量下降;水浸出物含量与关木通直径及产地无关。建议关木通水浸出物用冷浸法测定,不得少于16.0%。

This paper reports the result of the content determination of water extract of Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis. It has been found that the yellower colour of section, the richer the contents of the water extract, and the contents tend to decrease when stored for a long time or unsuitably kept. The contents ot water extract have nothing to do with the diameter or the producing area. We suggest using cold extraction to determine the contents of water extract of Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis and the content should not be less than 16 percent
