KPS值与晚期肺癌病人中位生存期的关系(附154例临床分析)

The Relation Ship between Karnofsky Performance status Assessment and Median Survival Time of Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer(Clinical Analysis of 154 Cases)

分析154例晚期肺癌病人，发现KPS值在10分及10以下、20分、30分、40分、50分、60分及以上者的中位生存期分别为0．36月、1．5月、2．8月、5．4月、10．6月和22．3月，经综合治疗后的有效率（CR＋PR）分别为0、4．2／、22．2％、30％、50％、53．8％。分析结果表明，KPS值每提高10分，中位生存期呈成倍增长．P＜0.01，差异非常显著。KPS值越高，经治疗后的有效率越高，P＜0．05，差异显著。

154 patients with advanced lung cancer had been analysed. The results showed the median survival time of the patients with karnofsky performance status (kps) assessment of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 scores on above was 0. 36, 1. 5, 2. 8, 5. 4, 10. 6 and 22. 3 months respectively. The statistical results showed karnofsky performance status assessment had increased by 10 scores each time,The median survival time was doube prolongated (p<0.01). It was further observed that in the KPS 20 or below, 30 to 40 and 50 or above of patients treated with combination therapy, the overall response rate (CR+pr) was 2. 4%, 25. 5 % and 52% respectively.There were siguificant differences among these groups (p<0.05).
