摘要
本文总结我院21例腹部中晚期肿瘤治疗中．应用KL－I到抗癌药系，系作长期植入皮下，导管选择性插入癌灶供应动脉．直接灌注化疗药物的方法。经过一年半多的临床实践观察，效果良好．无严重并发症，对配合手术治疗（相对根治或姑息切除），或单纯肿瘤区域化疗（不能切除）均是一件可行而有价值的方法。
21 cases with abdomen tumour in middle or advanced stage were treated and implanted subcutaneously KL-Ⅱ model anticarcinogen pump for a long time,and chosen a duct to insert an artery which supplies blood for the cancer, then poured chemotherapy drugs directly. Through clinical observation, the results are gool without serious complications. lt's a feasible and valuable method which can coordinate operation radical or palliative reseetion or chemorherapy in region of tumour,
