摘要
蝉蜕可减轻小鼠免疫器官重量,明显降低单核巨噬细胞系统的吞噬能力,显著抑制小鼠耳异种PCA和大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞税颗粒.对DNCB所致小鼠耳迟发型超敏反应亦具有明显抑制作用。
Cryptotympana atrata Fabricius(CAF)ig 5g/kg in mice decreases weights of the spleen and thymus, markedly decreases the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles and significantly inhibits the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages of mice. CAF ig at the above doses markedly suppresses IgE antibody mediated reactions, heterologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) in mice, degranulation of mast cells of calvarial periosteum in rats, and the delayed hypersensitivity reaction of ear induced by DNCB in mice.
