摘要
介绍示波管使用氧化钪分散型氧化物阴极的制造工艺和在增大电流密度条件下的寿命试验，取得较好的结果。这种新阴极能适用于高分辨率、高亮度阴极射线管。
The manufacturing technology and life tests under enhanced current density condition for Sc2O3 dispersed oxide cathode used in oscilloscope tubes are introduced in this paper.The testresult is good.This new cathode is suitable for the high resolution and high brightness CRT.
