介绍了正确表示测量不确定度的意义、国际“测量不确定度表示导则”的使用范围，不确定度的定义和基本概念，不确定度的评定方法和表示方法以及报告测量不确定度的要求。旨在宣传并促进国际“测量不确定度表示导则”的推广应用。
In this paper a brief introduction to the“guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement(ISO :1993E)” is made, including the introduction of the significance of the guideand the scope of its application, the definition and the fundemental ideas of the uncertainty ,the guidelines for evaluating and expressing the uncertainty of measurement for the purpose of propagating.
