摘要
纳米固体具有一系列特殊的性能。一般认为这些特性在很大程度上由纳米固体的特殊徽结构一很高浓度的缺陷(界面组元、空隙、位错等)、特殊的界面结构及缺陷组成所决定的。讨论了纳米固体的界面组成、结构及其影响界面结构的主要因素,评述了纳米固体材料的界面对其机械性能的影响,简要讨论了界面变化引起这些性能变化的机理。
Nanocrystalline materials exhibit remarkable novel proporties comparing with the conventional polycrystallme. It is belleved that the nanocrystailine material is a solid that contains a high density of defect(point defects,dislocations,grain boundaries,interphase boundaries etc.)and a new microstructure that dominate the properties of the materials,In this paper,the spoclal microstructure of nanocrvstailine materials is discussed,and the influences of interfacial microstructrue on properties of nanocrystalline material are also described.
