摘要
本文用6-0HDA对成年小鼠化学性切除外周交感神经,并用SRBC予先给与免疫,探讨外周交感神经在针刺调节免疫反应中的作用。实验结果:(1)电针对正常小鼠(仅用SRBC免疫)脾淋巴细胞转化率(LTT)及白细胞介素2(IL-2)含量均显著升高(P<0.05);而血清溶菌酶(IZM)含量却明显下降(P<0.01)。(2)用6-OHDA后小鼠的脾重量、脾指数、脾细胞数、胸腺重、胸腺指数均明显下降,IZM及IgG含量亦显著减少;而LTT、IL-2及空斑形成细胞(PFC)未见明显变化;唯胸腺细胞数反见明显增多((P<0.01)。(3)在6-OHDA组动物给与电针刺激,见到对因6-OHDA而降低的多种免疫参数可恢复至正常或接近正常水平。对6-OHDA无明显改变的LTT、IL-2活性及因6-OHDA明显增多的胸腺细胞功能均呈增强作用,IL-2增强作用尤为明显。以上结果提示,对周交感神经参与针刺对免疫功能的调节作用。
1. In normal control mice (only injected SRBC) after EA the lymphocyte transformation test (LTT, P<0.05) and interlukin-2 (IL-2) activity (P<0.05) were significantly increased,but the serum lysozytne (IZM,P<0.01) was apparantly decreased.2.After in jection of 6-OHDA in mice, the spleen weight, spleen index,thymus weight, thymusindex,spleen lymphocyte population and serum IZM, igG contents were marked deceaseds,Whereas LTT, IL-2 and plaque forming cell(PFC) were umchanged,In contrast,the thymus lymphocyte population was markedly increased.3. After EA of mice axotomized sympathetic nerve with 6-OHDA the above mentioned immune parameters deceased by 6-OHDA could be returned to normal or nearing normal levels.HOwever,the unchanged LTT, IL-2 and the increased thymus lymphocyte population could be enhanced further,especially IL-2.These results suggest that peripheral sympathetic nerve may be participation in the EA-mediating Anmunological responses
