对皮质醇、雌二醇、雌三醇、睾酮等指标的观察结果表明，恶性肿瘤患者内分泌功能出现不同程度的异常改变，放化疗后进一步加深了内分泌功能的紊乱；针刺则能纠正患者内分泌功能的紊乱，具有一定的调节作用。
