摘要
以氢气清除法测得的肾血流量(RBF)为指标,观察电针家兔“肾俞”穴,在正常、肾缺血及双侧肾神经被切断的情况下,对RBF的影响。结果显示:在双侧肾神经完整的情况下,无论是正常,还是肾缺血状态,电针“肾俞”穴均可使RBF下降;而切断双侧肾神经后,则电针“肾俞”穴可升高RBF。提示:“肾俞”穴电针的抑制效应与肾神经有关,兴奋效应与体液因素有关。
The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of electroacupuncture at 'Shenshu' point (U. B. -23 ) on the renal blood flow (RBF ) under the conditions of normal, glyceroLinduced renal ischemia and renal neurotorny. The RBF, which is measured by hydrogen gas clearance method, was chosen as index. The results are as follows:1. RBF is decreased by electroacupuncturing 'Shenshu' point under both conditions of normal and glycerol-induced renal ischemia.2. After renal neurotomy, RBF is increased by electroacupuncturing 'Shenshu'point.These facts suggest that the effects of electroacupuncture at 'Shenshu' point relate to the renal nerve and body fluid
