摘要
以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度（mA）为痛反应指标．测定动物的痛阈，观察到大鼠脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射神经降压素（NT）2μg后，痛阈和针刺镇痛效应明显加强，注射抗神经降压素血清后．痛阈和针刺镇痛效应明显削弱。提示，脊髓内NT参与针刺镇痛。
The influence of intrathecal injection of Neurotensin (NT) and Anti NT serum (ANTS) on painthreshold, and electroacupuncture(EA) anslgesia in the rat was investigated. The tail-flick inducedby potassium iontophoresis was used to measure the pain threshold. The increase of pain thresholdwas observed within 100 min, after NT injection(2ug), and it was more effective than that of theACSF injection (P<0. 01 )- The NT acminstration could also enhance the EA analgesia. On the contrary, the pain threshold was decresed in ANTS group as compared with that of ACSF control group.The ANTS administration could decreased the role of EA analgesia. Our data show that NT in spinalcord rnay play an importment role in the EA analgesia
