摘要
选择自发性高血压大鼠20只,血压≥20kPa,分针刺和对照二组.针刺双侧“曲池”、“足三里”穴,测量三个疗程前、后血压及血浆和中枢脑干、下丘脑、大脑皮层各部NE和DA、5-HT含量,另选择7周左右尚未形成高血压的SHR大鼠46只,血压介于16~20kPa,分别观察静脉注射10%HMWD溶液和生理盐水后1、2、3小时的血压和全血粘度,结果如下:1、针刺治疗三个疗程后,可显著降低SHR血压,血压从25.493±0.733降到19.547±0.555(P<0.0001);2、针刺治疗后.针刺组SHR血浆NE含量较对照组显著下降(P<0.05).5-HT含量显著降低(P<0.01),DA含量显著升高(P<0.05);3、针刺治疗后.针刺组脑干、大脑皮层、下丘脑脑组织NE含量较对照组明显增加(P<0,005,<0.01,<0.05),脑干、大脑波层的DA含量也轻对照组明显增加(P<0.01,<0.057,下丘脑的DA含量也增加.但差异不显著(P>0.05)。5-HT含量均较对照组明显增加(P<0.0005);4、给尚未形成高血压的SHR注射10%HMWD溶液后,注射1、2,小后全血粘度均较注射生理盐水组显著增高(P<0.001),较注射前血压显著升高(P<0.0005),上述结果提示,针刺对SHR的降压作用是针刺综合调节中枢和外周NE、DA和5-HT含量。
Twenty spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) with systo1ic blood pressure (SBP)≥20 kPa werechosen and divided randomly into two groups(acupuncture group and control group). The forrner wasacupunctured on bilateral Quchi (LI 11 ), Zusanli(ST 36 ). Another 46 immature SHRs which wereabout 7-week-old with SBP ranged frorn 16 kPa to 20 kPa were given 10% high rnolecular weightdextran (HMWD) or normal saline by intravenation respectively. The results showed: l. Afterthree course of acupuncture, SHRs' SBP droped remarkably from 25- 493 i 0. 73kPa to 19. 547±0.555kPa (P<0.01 ); 2. After three courses of acupuncture, NE and 5-HT contents in plasma werclowered (P<0.05, <0. 01 ) and DA content in plasma was increased (P<0. 05 ) compared with thatin the control group. 3. After three course of acupuncture, NE content in brainstern, hypothalarnus cerebral cortex increased (P<0. 005 ~0. 01 ) and DA content in brainstern, cerebral cortex ineresed rernarkably (P<0. 005 ~0. 01 ) compared with that in the control group. 5-HT content in l)ramstem, hypothalamus, and cerebral cortex increased obviously compared with that in the controlgroup. 4. After l or 2 hours of intravenation of 10% HMWD to immature SHR. the whole bloodviscosity and blood pressure rised remarkably compared with normal saline group. The experirnent implies that the mechanism of lowering the blood pressure of SHR by acupuncture lies in that it can adjust NE. DA and 5-HT contents in plasma and central nervous systern to adjust the activity of sympathetic, reducc whole blood viscosity etc.
