摘要
我们应用Balb/c小鼠,电针双侧“承扶”穴30分钟,以观察电针调节免疫反应中的阿片肽机制。发现在电针处理3小时后,脾淋巴细胞对ConA刺激的增殖反应和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的产生均明显增强。这种增强作用可以被纳屈酮(NTX)所阻断,而对电针调节血清溶菌酶(LZM)、IgG含量的作用似不受NTX的影响。提示电针对细胞免疫特别是T淋巴细胞介导的免疫机能的调节,可能是由内阿片肽所介导,与通过阿片受体的作用机制有关;而电针对另一些免疫反应,如血清LZM、IgG含量的影响似乎主要不是通过阿片肽机制的。
We have used electroacupuncture(EA) to stimulate BALb/c mouse at bilateral 'Cheng Fu' points (BL 36) to study opioid mechanism of EA on immunomodulation. When the mouse was stimulated by EA for 30 min., We found that it could potentlatte the functions of splenic lymphocyte proliferative response to ConA and induction of IL-2 production at the time 3 hr after EA treatment. This effect of EA was blocked by pretreated with opioid antagonist Naltrexone (NTX, 15mg/kg, i. P. ); however the modulatory effects of EA on serum LZM, IgG were not affected by NTX.These suggest that the opiate receptors may be play an important role in mediating the enhanced effects of EA on cell immunoresponses, specially T-lymphocyte immune function, but the other several immune responses such as serum LZM, IgG seem not to be so.
