本文将硫化亮绿及碱性染料套色技术应用于针织物浸染,通过对比试验及染色结果分析,证明采用上述方法完全能够代替还原及活性染料,成本降低。本文对影响硫化亮绿染色质量的几个主要因素进行了分析,确定了适宜的工艺条件。

The paper deals with the application of topping technique with sulfur bright green and basic dyes in exhaust dyeing of knitted fabric. The above process proved a less cost one and an ideal substitute for that with vat and reactive dye's based on comparative tests and analysis of the dyeing result. The main factors influencing the dyeing result are analysed and rational technological conditions are determined as well.
