摘要
通过简便的技术途径,实现符合冲击试验规范中规定的后峰锯齿波力脉冲,是目前冲击环境试验中急待解决的问题之一.本文对采用片弹簧和刚度可调式线性螺旋簧刚度拟合技术,实现上述后峰锯齿彼力脉冲波形的机理、技术途径进行探讨;并应用簧片预应力技术和卸荷技术,改善了簧片的应力状态,提高了使用寿命.为研制标准中规定的其它力脉冲波形(如半正弦波、梯形波)的力脉冲产生装置提供了理论依据和技术实施途径.
in shock test, how to achieve standard final peak saw-tooth shock pulse by a simple way is one of the most important problem to be solved. This article studies the theory and technology of using reed and adjustable linear spring together to achieve standard final peak saw-tooth shock pulse. And studies using reed- prestressing and unload technology to improve the reed,s stress form, and raising it,s life. It also provides the theoretcal basis and the approach of engineering achievement for other kind of pulse (such as half-sine force pulse, trapezoidal shock pulse) former in test standard.
