摘要
凸缘结构是一种常见的工程结构。用统计能量分析(SEA)研究耦合凸缘结构间的振动传递,需要决定其间的耦合损耗因子。本文研究了通过凸缘和弹性材料耦合板结构间振动传递特性,分析了减振隔振措施,导出了耦合损耗因子的计算公式。以通过不同大小截面的凸缘和不同特性的弹性材料耦合的凸缘板结构为例,进行了一系列实验测量,耦合损耗因子的实验测量值与理论估算值吻合较好。
Flanged structures occur commonly in practical engineering.FOr the prediction of the vibrational transmission between nanged structures using statistical Energy Analysis(SEA),it is necessary to determine the coupling loss factors through nange joints.This paper describes an investigation into the vibrational transmission between plate structures coupled through flanged joints,including the effects of gasket materials.The formulae for calculating coupling loss factors through nanged joints with or without gaskets are derived and information for minimizing vibrational transmission is presented.A series of experiments has been carried out to measure the coupling loss factors between two plates connected through different dimensions of nanges incorporating a range of gasket materials.The general agreement between the predicted and the measured coupling loss factors was found to be good.
