摘要
本文对QD型往复式压缩机的降噪进行了深入的理论分析和实验研究,提出了附加TKB型消声器、改变压缩机内腔声学固有频率、双向进气等措施。在改进由德国引进技术生产的冰箱压缩机的降噪性能研究中,证明上述措施在不同程度上都取得了令人满意的降噪效果。
Noise reduction of a QD type reciprocating compressor has been studied both theoretically and experimentally. Some measures, such as: attaching TKB type muffler,changing acoustic eigen frequencies of the internal chamber of the compressor,entering gas from both sides,etc. are proposed and tested. These on different level give satisfactory results of noise reduction on the refrigerator compressor which was made in accordance with the technique introduced from Germany.
