大鼠全脑缺血及再灌注对不同脑区MDA含量的影响 被引量:1

The effects of ischemia and reperfusion on the change of malonyldialdehyde content in different region of rat brain

摘要 采用闭塞大鼠四条动脉的全脑缺血模型在全脑缺血30分钟和缺血30分钟后不同再灌注时间,分别观察不同脑区细胞膜和胞液中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量改变。结果显示:缺血30分钟时,不同脑区细胞膜和胞液MDA含量均无明显改变,缺血30分钟后再灌注48小时不同时间中,各脑区胞液MDA的含量变化仍不明显,丘脑和下丘脑膜MDA含量的变化也无显著差异,但大脑皮层和海马胞膜MDA含量显著升高。这提示脑缺血引发的自由基损伤主要发生在缺血再灌注期,并且各脑区具不同的选择易损性,其中又以膜MDA含量的改变更为敏感。 A rat brain ischemia model was established by blocking four arteries at and after 30 min of brain ischemia.We observed the changes of the malonyldialdehyde (MDA) content in different membranes of the cerebrocellular and cytochyma after reperfusion.The results showed that different membranes of the cerebrocellular and cytochyma had no significant changes in the MDA content at 30 min of ischemia and during 48 hours of reperfusion after 30 min of brain ischemia.Although the MDA contents in cytochyma, the membranes of thalamus and bypothalamus showed no signifcant change,those in the membranes of hippocampus and cerebral cortex elevated significantly.It suggested that the free radical injury initiated by the brain ischemia mainly occurred during ischemia-reperfusion time.There was different vulnerability in the region of the brain.The change of the MDA content of the membranes is more sensitive.
