摘要
本文采用闭塞四动脉全脑缺血大鼠模型,通过耳蜗琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)组化实验、图象分析和耳蜗切片,观察了缺血30min及不同再灌注时间对耳蜗SDH组织化学和组织学的影响。结果显示:与对照组相比,缺血30min和缺血30min后再灌注24h时外毛细胞SDH活性显著升高(P<0.01或0.05);而再灌注2h时SDH活性则显著降低(P<0.01)。缺血及再灌注各组可见Corti's器变形、螺旋神经节细胞减少和血管纹变薄等病理变化。提示脑缺血及再灌注可致内耳酶活性和组织结构损伤。
With pulsinelli's four vessels occlusion model,the activity changes of succinic Dehydrogenase(SDH) and morphological appearance in rats cochlca under complete cerebral ischemia and reperfusion states were studied,using the histochemical technique,image analysis and histological observation.The results demonstrated that the outer hair cell of cochlea showed SDH activity during 30min ischemia and 24h reperfusion after 30min ischemia whereas the enzyme activity showed significant decline during reperfusion for 2h as compared to the control.Furthermore corti's organ damage and spiral ganglion neuron decreased and others pathological changes were found in ischemia /reperfusion group.The findings suggest that the cochlea damage can be induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion and the activity changes of SDH may be a sensitive indication.
