摘要
用组织化学方法观察丁胺卡那霉素对耳蜗Cortis器毛细胞及血管纹细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的影响,并以对照组生理盐水及卡那霉素与之对比。结果表明耳蜗毛细胞及血管纹细胞的SDH活性下降。部分全耳蜗铺片以锇酸染色后进行坏死毛细胞计数,证明丁胺卡那霉素对耳蜗有损害作用,但小于卡那霉素。
After injecting amikacin into guinea pigs,the level of succinate dehydrogenase in the hair cells of corti's organ and stria vascularis cells was affected histochemically as compared with the control groups with physiological salin and kanamycin.The results revealed that the hair cells of cochlear and stria vascularis cells decreased the succinate dehydrogenase activity in corti's organ.The part of the whole cochlea surface preparation stained with osmic acid and the cellcounting of the corti in whole length revealed that amikacin was ototoxic but its ototxicicty was less than that of kanamycin.
