耳穴压豆治疗颈椎病与血浆中单胺类物质的关系探讨

Pain-Killing Regulation Effects of Monoamine Substances During Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis by Means of Bean Pressing at Ear-Acupoints

对24例神经根性颈椎病及部分颈部急性软组织损伤病例,在首次耳穴压豆疗法,治疗前后作了临床及生化的改变观察,发现血浆中5-HT 含量升高,NA、DA 含量明显下降。这种升降越显著疗效越好。与正常组对照,则5-HT 无变化,而 NA、DA 有升高趋势。以上情况说明,耳穴压豆疗法具有双相调整作用。提示:耳穴压豆治疗中,血中单胺类物质可能是体内参与镇痛和调整作用的重要物质之一。

Through a clinical observation and observation of biochemical changes on 24 cases of nerve-root cervical spondylosis and acute injury of neck soft tissues prior to and after the treatment of bean-pressing on ear-acupoints,we found that the 5-HT contents in blood plasma has increased,while the DA and DA contents obviously decreased,we also found that the more striking such increase and decrease are, the greater the effect of the treatment is,by contrast,there is no change in 5-HT with an increasing tendancy of NA and DA in normal group.The menifestation indic- ates that the therapy has a double-direction adjusting function.SUGGESTION:when the therapy of bean-pressing on ear-acu points is administered,the monoamine in blood might be one of the important substances in body that participate in the functioning of analgesia and adjustment.
