摘要 本文对纤维混和介质的介电性质进行了讨论,在小充满度情况下,分别把纤维混和介质等效为串联和并联进行分析,从而建立了等效介电常好以及电容与介质的混和比例及其在电容器中的充满度之间的关系。理论分析表明,在充满度很小的情况下,单位体积(或重量)的混和纤维所引起的电容变化量△C与纤维的体积(或重量)混和比例成线性关系。实验证明,这种线性关系确实存在,并且,实验结果与把纤维混和介质等效为并联时的情况较为吻合。Uster均匀度仪实测结果表明,单位粗细的纱条通过电容传感器时所产生的电信号的大小与其混纺比密切线性相关。 In this paper,the dielectrical propertics of fibre mixture enipliatlcally with small fibrevolume content in capacitor sensor is discussed.The relationship among the dielectrical prop-erties,blending ratio, and the volume of fibre mixture's determined through respective anal- ysis of the effective dielectrical constant supposed to be equal to that of parallel or serialmedium,The experiment shows that there is indeed a linear rclation between the effective di-electrical constant and the volume content of the fibre mixture in the capacitor,and the re-sults are almost consistent with the situation when the constant is assumed equivalent to thatof parallel medium,In Uster Evenness Testor,the signal produced by the strand of unitweight is proportional to the mass blending ratio of the fibres.
