摘要
本文在进行了深入细致的调查和监测基础上，分析了伊洛河巩义段本质污染现状及造成的危害，根据该段功能区划分所制定的地面水水质标准，计算了该河段污染物的允许排放量，并结合水质目标及巩义市的具体情况提出了相应的治理对策。
In this paper the present pollution situation and hamfulness of Yiluo-river in Congyi district were analysed on the basis of present investigation and monitor,and the comprehensive treatment planning was advanced according to the permissible discharge amount of pollutant and the actual situation of Gongyi.
