摘要
本文以提高高炉冷却壁寿命为目的,通过在安阳钢铁公司高炉生产中采用高强度、高韧性球墨铸铁的可行性试验,提出以铁素体球墨铸铁代替传统的普通灰口铸铁,试验证明,用此法提高高炉冷却壁的寿命是可行的。
This paper aims to increase the life of the cooling walls of blast furnaces. Based on the possibility test of using nodular cast iron with high strength and tenacity in the blast furnace pro-duction in Anyang Steel Company,we put forward the idea of adopting Ferrite nodular cast iron to replace the trodationaly used ordirary grey iron HT15 33.It's improved that it's practical to increase the life of the cooling walls of blast furnaces with the idea.
