摘要
本文从丰富的天然油脂资源、庞大的油脂家族和油脂广阔的开发途径等３个方面，阐明可再生资源－油脂，将成为合成有机化工产品基础原料的可能性和必然性。
The abundant resources of oil and fat, their enormous series ,and theprospect of their exploitation made it probable and inevitable for the reproductive resources-oil and fat to become the basic raw materials for synthesizing organic chemical products.
